We are proud to announce that AGRO-WELL has been featured on WikiFarmer with a new article titled:

“AGRO-WELL: Putting Farmers’ Well-Being at the Heart of Smart Farming.”

The article presents AGRO-WELL’s vision and mission: ensuring that digitalisation and smart farming technologies do not only increase efficiency and productivity, but also actively improve farmers’ safety, health, and working conditions.

Why Farmers’ Well-Being Matters

Across Europe, farmers face increasing physical demands, exposure to risks, and growing psychological pressure. As agriculture becomes more technology-driven, it is essential that innovation remains human-centered.

AGRO-WELL addresses this challenge by:

  • Promoting occupational safety and health (OSH) in agriculture

  • Supporting safer machinery use and digital solutions

  • Enhancing working conditions through smart technologies

  • Strengthening resilience in European farming systems

The WikiFarmer article explains how AGRO-WELL contributes to safer, more sustainable agricultural workplaces, aligned with the EU Green Deal and the digital transition of the sector.
